Buying a new air conditioner is PAINFUL! But, having Larson Air helped to take some of the sting out of it. From the Project Manager/Salesperson, Ray, to the technicians Doug and Hunter and even every email and text reply from the office...we just couldn't have asked for better service. You want a team that makes you feel comfortable when spending that much money, and the entire team at Larson did just that! Due to scheduling, they wound up at our house until around 8:00 PM and there wasn't so much as a single complaint. They had to be so tired and hungry...but they took their time to make sure everything was perfect and left the house cleaner than when they got there! Hopefully the weather will hold out and we won't have to turn on our fancy new A/C unit for a few more weeks, but it's comforting to know that it'll work great when we do need it. Thank you to everyone at Larson!

Update: AJ deserves ALL the stars! He worked tirelessly on an issue to make sure we had cold air asap! He was super friendly & polite despite working in hot attic and outside in direct sun. He kept me updated as he solved a complicated issue and explained it thoroughly. It’s such a relief, especially as a woman, to have service professionals who are trustworthy. I’m VERY grateful to AJ and Larson’s for their superior service! Highly recommend Larson’s - got several quotes & they were the lowest price AND most responsive. Claude did a great job coordinating & answering all my questions. Installation scheduled very quickly - Mike & Zack were professional and installed both units the same day. Left everything clean and couldn’t have been nicer. Update: Jovan came to check system - showed me photos of everything he did, handled part order so I don’t have to, was polite & didn’t appear to leave even a speck of dust despite moving giant ladder and being in attic!
