OK, so you’re stuck inside and you’re getting bored. Don’t fret! There are plenty of things to keep you occupied. Here is our first tip.   1. Stay fit. Check out online exercise classes, practice yoga or watch YouTube weight training videos—and get your kids involved, too. Make a competition out of it to see who can do the most push-ups, crunches or planks! But if you’re new to exercising, don’t try to do too much too soon.
  2. Research recipes. Get your family involved with healthy eating. Look up healthier recipes and make a list of new ones you’d like to try. Then spend the day cooking.
  3. Get smarter. Play some mental games. You can complete crossword puzzles, Sudoku, Trivial Pursuit or download a mental game like Lumosity to keep those brain waves sharp.
  4. Vacuum those vents. There’s never been a better time to clean your house. Make extra use of your vacuum’s attachments and be sure all your vents are dust and debris-free!
