- Furnish and install a new electrical disconnect box with new fuses, wire, and conduit.
- Furnish and install a new 2-pole breaker.
- Install conduit around the low-voltage wiring to stop sun-rot.
- Furnish and install a new condensate p-trap with vent and clean-out stub.
- Purge and water test condensate drain lines for proof of proper drainage.
- Furnish and install a new sheet-metal elbow with a 1” fiberglass insulation liner for superior thermal resistance.
- Furnish and install a new angle-iron roof stand.
- Seal connections at elbow with low-VOC mastic to prevent air leakage.
Thermostat
- Configure the control to match the specifications of the equipment installed.
- Setup control for Trane remote diagnostics.
- Setup control with customer defined temperature setpoints and schedules.
- Seal wall penetration behind thermostat with sealing compound.
Other
- On-site inspection to evaluate the particular scope of work.
- 80′ Crane service to remove and replace unit (up 30-minutes on-site). Additional charges may apply in the event a longer reach crane is required.
